2. Quotes and Pricing

are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

you before proceeding with the work.

3. Appointments and Cancellations
Scheduling: Appointments will be scheduled at
mutually agreed times. We will make every effort to arrive within the
agreed timeframe.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an
appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations
with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Access: You must ensure that we have appropriate
access to the work area and that the area is clear and safe for work
to be performed.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative
arrangements have been agreed in writing.

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or card (where available).

For larger projects, we may request a deposit before commencing
work.

Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur late payment charges.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a
rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Warranty and Guarantees

of completion, unless otherwise specified.

This guarantee covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover
normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
